This weekend, PlayStation 3 gamers in North America will be enjoying Gran Turismo 6 and to hype up the release, Polyphony Digital has released renderings of even more Vision Gran Turismo concepts that will be heading to the game.
At the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show, Mercedes-AMG arguably stole the show with its Vision Gran Turismo concept, which will be available to virtual drivers in Gran Turismo 6. But the German automaker isn’t the only one joining the fray as Polyphony has unveiled a long list of automakers that are also participating in the Vision Gran Turismo program.

A whopping 17 companies will all be contributing wild virtual creations to the game, including Aston Martin, Bertone, Zagato, ItalDesign Giugiaro, SRT and Tesla. Mercedes will also be creating another Vision Gran Turismo concept, this time from its Formula 1 race team. Nike will also be creating a concept for the game.
Noticeably missing from the announcement is Nissan, which is strange considering Gran Turismo’s creator, Kazunori Yamauchi, has campaigned a GTR as his personal race car.
